The PCC and a small group of people interested in/connected with our youth work are busy drawing together the "pack" of info for people applying, and we already have youth workers eager to find out more. <br>We want our new youth worker to "Help our young people make a difference" and "Empower our young people and their leaders to become more like Jesus". Here's your chance to make a welcoming comment to applicants. What would it look like if genuine friendships were self-evident across every generation?<br> The idea begins as we gather networks of people praying together, where each prayer "triplet" is made up of three generations - a young person, someone from the church in their parent's generation and someone from the church in their grandparent's generation.<br> Then each group of three meets less regularly with two other groups (9 people) to identify common themes - feeding these into the church's main leadership decisions.<br> If each group were praying for each generation's hopes for the church made real for each generation - think about what might emerge?</p> <p>We've already identified a few people who may "prime the pump" of this idea, but what about you?
