Here's a dream:
What would church look like if it truly valued and incorporated everyone from the youngest to the oldest. What would it look like if genuine friendships were self-evident across every generation?
The idea begins as we gather networks of people praying together, where each prayer "triplet" is made up of three generations - a young person, someone from the church in their parent's generation and someone from the church in their grandparent's generation.
Then each group of three meets less regularly with two other groups (9 people) to identify common themes - feeding these into the church's main leadership decisions.
If each group were praying for each generation's hopes for the church made real for each generation - think about what might emerge?
